Introduction

I've wanted to create a site on food and travel for quite some time already. However procrastination reared its ugly head, and took over. Finally, I decided to sit down and created the blog.

Creating this blog is as easy as 1-2-3. What made it "difficult" was that I was looking for a different angle to steer this blog. There are so many travel and food blogs that I almost didn't want to start another one. Anyway, I hope to use this blog to capture Malaysia's places and food from the point of a stranger, new to the area and looking to savour the best the area can give- in terms of interesting places and food!.

Just a little bit about myself. I am a Peranakan Nyonya. Wikipedia described 'me' better here. So I will be very critical of any food that passess off as "Nyonya" because my mum's cooking is still the best!
